Yep that’s Guiliana Rancic in her birthday suit.

The E! News cohost got naked for the end of tonight’s news segment, with nothing but censor bars blocking her bod from millions of  viewers.

But why did G decide to strip down for the show? Two words: JOAN RIVERS

 Apparently, the Fashion Police host dared Rancic to bare it all during tonight's newscast, and since it is Joan Week, what choice did she have?

So Giuliana was a good sport and took on the risqué move, pleasing the birthday girl, the viewers and probably the crew.

But Jason Kennedy looks a little left out. Maybe next time, he can join in on the fun, too?
