You need
1. A can of bicarbonate of soda or baking soda.
2. A Lime or lemon.
3. A saucer and
4. A toothbrush
Put half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda/ baking soda in a saucer.squeeze half a lime/lemon into it (u'll get a bubbly reaction. But that's normal).Mix them together properly wen d bubbling stops. Take your toothbrush and dab on just a little of mix.brush your teeth with it.Rinse your mouth thoroughly.ALL DONE!
It's preferably to do this like once a week.Just before going to bed at nite.
NOTE: * Do not try this on kids.
*Use a separate toothbrush for this and not your regular one.
* As we know too much of anything is bad.Do not over-do it as it might damage your
enamel.
