HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR YOUTHFUL LOOK! 10 things you should be doing now!

             
                      


Sometimes you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and see someone you don't recognize.Your face looks dull and not so young anymore.That's something to be worried about.The wierd thing is, as you grow older, this starts to happen more often.this shows a lack of a "SKIN CARE ROUTINE".If u haven't got into a skin care regime yet,you need to do it now!
   Here are 10 steps that always seem to get the job done and ensure the fewest breakouts and other skin issues.
 1. KNOW YOUR SKIN TYPE;
     Is your skin dry, sensitive, combination, oily or normal? Knowing your skin type helps you buy products that will help and not hinder your skin's health.


2. PICK A SKIN CARE LINE;
     Go for a brand that works perfectly for your skin.Though it might be necessary to mix different products, sticking with a brand seems to always give a better result.

3. EXFOLIATE;
     Using a mild scrub once or twice a week helps to remove dead skin cells and reveals fresh new skin.Regular exfoliation helps in getting rid of pore-clogging oil and dirt.The longer you go without exfoliating,the more the layer grows.I recommend  CLEAN & CLEAR  MORNING BUST, shine control facial cleanser because it's so mild on the skin and hypoallergenic.

             

4. USE A TONER;
    Skin toners often are frequently included as part of a three-step skin care regimen ( cleanse, tone and moisturizer).toners included alcohol or witch hazel which can make your skin feel tight,firm and refreshed.But today we have alcohol free toners due to the drying effect of alcohol.Instead they contain glycerine and panthenol (vitamins) to give the skin the same kind of refreshed feeling.

                             
5. MOISTURIZE ;

6. GET A GOOD EYE CREAM;

        Vitamins like vitamin C and E have as much benefit on the skin as well as in the body.

8. WASH YOUR FACE BEFORE BED;
         Keep a box of facial wipes by your bed for nights you can't be bothered to turn on the tap. Makeup and dirt left on the skin can clog pores and irritate your skin.

9. STEAM YOUR FACE REGULARLY;
         Either you go for a facial or you just use hot steam at home.Steaming opens up your pores so toxins and impurities can be released.

10. Not forgetting that a healthy diet improves our over-all health and has an impact on the quality of skin we have.
