VICTORIA BECKHAM GUEST EDITS FRENCH VOGUE!

VICTORIA BECKHAM is the guest editor-in-chief of French Vogue's December issue.

The designer worked with the magazine's editor Emmanuelle Alt to create intimate photo shoots starring herself and David Beckham, and candid interviews.

"Being asked to be the guest editor of the Christmas issue of Vogue Paris this year was an incredible honour," says Beckham. "Working with Emmanuelle Alt and her team was both exciting and inspiring, and I am so proud of what we have created."

Inside the issue is a detailed profile on David Beckham ("We've had our ups and downs, but we're so proud of each other.");  fashion stories photographed by David Sims, as well as Inez & Vinoodh; excerpts from Beckham's personal photo album; and a "teatime chat" with Valentino, one of the designer's good friends.

"We handed over the running of this issue to a woman who, throughout our working together, has proved to be the exact opposite of her public image," said Alt.

"She is spontaneous with a great sense of humour; humble, yet at the same time driven by a healthy ambition. She is a perfectionist, like everyone who is passionate about their work."

If it's Sports Day at your school and your dad is David Beckham, it's not really fair to have your father compete against the other kids' dads in a foot race, is it?

Oh well!

Sure enough, while on an outing with wife Victoria Beckham and daughter Harper at son Cruz's school, the recently retired soccer stud outpaced all others and took gold in the annual racing of the dads.

But better yet, Victoria legged it out against the other mums!

The Spice Girl turned fashion icon didn't fare quite as well as her hubby, but she was all smiles crossing the finish line in her jeans and leather jacket (she did take off her heels, however) while David captured the moment on video.

The Beckhams weren't the only celebrity parents out there, either—they were spotting cheering on their kids from the sidelines with Stella McCartney and her husband, Alasdhair Willis.

Victoria Beckham shocked the masses this weekend when she was seen wearing a print skirt at LAX.

While the statement print design based on dutch Renaissance paintings was a surprising choice for the reigning queen of minimalism, the mod A-Line cut was not .Infact this is Victoria's third time sporting this style.The designer's previous two mini's were solid selections from her own collection.

  When the mom of four works this chickish styles, she always puts on her go-to Chloe` wedges and an adorable Harper Beckham on her hip.
