GOOD HEALTHY BREAKFAST!

Eating breakfast in the morning keeps you alert and improves your metabolism,concentration  and maintains your body weight.This is the most important meal of the day.we should eat breakfast before we leave our homes in the morning especially women/mothers who juggle so much at a ftime.          Breakfast usually gives us sustaining power to keep us through the day and control of our emotions.If we take care of our bodies as well as we take care of our cars;regular checks,changing of broken parts.we will give our bodies the longest and best performance.A good healthy breakfast usually includes carbohydrates such as grains or cereals,fruit and/or vegetable,proteins and a beverage such as tea,coffee or juice.    Looking beautiful is not only about using cosmetics and wearing good clothes.Eating the right food,exercising properly and rest majorly enhance our beauty.What and how we eat can affect our skin especially in acne related issues in adolescents.So ladies let's keep and maintain our beautiful dark NAIJA skin.*wink*
