I know this sounds a lil' selfish, but the truth is life changes the second you have your first baby.You lose a whole lot of "me time" and a whole lot of freedom.Not that that's a bad thing .But you know what i'm talking about.The old you is gone and you start the forever process of creating the new you.So i have put together a list of what i think ladies should do before they pop. Not trying to depress you.You'll definately prefer the new you.
1. SLEEP IN-
Get that beauty morning sleep as much as you can cos God knows that won't happen too often ones the lil' ones arrive.
2. GO ON A FARAWAY VACATION-
Now is the time to take off without any commitments and spend some time in a beautiful, faraway locale.Be spontaneous, be adventurous and most importantly be daring.
3. SPEND......ON YOURSELF-
There is no better time to spend on yourself than now.Maybe some new clothes, shoes, whatever just indulge yourself cos soon you'll be putting the kids needs before yours.
4. GO OUT TO EAT-
Now is the time to eat things you love and enjoy and not have to worry about anyone else.Balanced diet or not.
5. WORK AT A JOB YOU LOVE AND WORK HARD-
Now you can focus on work.So find a job you love and work at it... hard.Spend extra hours at the office, think outside the box,just give them your best. Except of course if you are self employed.
6. SPEND HOURS AT THE MALL-
Why not, right ? No one is waiting for you to pick them up at school.Why not go to multiple malls? start a mall tour?
7. LEARN HOW TO COOK REALLY WELL-
Now is the time to experiment, try new things.Cook for yourself alone.Mistakes don't mean a thing now neither does calorie content *wink*
8. STAY OUT UNTIL SUNRISE-
......and remember it.Sure, there's something to be said of a fun night out with the girls that goes on until the wee hours of the morning.

9. GO FOR BEAUTIFUL PHOTO-SESSIONS-
Nothing like channelling your inner goddess.Take beautiful pictures of your most glamourous self before pregnancy changes your shape or size.
