HERE'S HOW TO NAIL THE WINGED EYELINER LOOK!

If you have yet to get the hang of it, symmetrical eyeliner application can prove to be quite the daunting task, especially first thing in the morning. Getting one eye right is hard enough, let alone two!

That’s precisely why we recommend having an old, stiff business card handy when you’re doing your makeup. Sound weird? Hardly. Here’s how this trick works. (Trust us—you’ll thank us later!)

Before applying liquid liner to your lids, always do the outer flick first. Hold the business card up against the outer corner of your eye as a guide to ensure that the bottom of your winged flick is straight and the exact same length on both sides. (Be sure to mark the card where you want your liner to stop.)

Guess what? The hard part is done! From there, all you have to do is apply your liner on your eyelids, starting from the inner corner, connecting it to the extended wing. Oh, and feel free to thicken the flick if you like, as long as you do it from the top. Don’t apply any liner from beneath the wing and you’re all set
